In purchasing from Tishhouse Electric, Inc's Online Store, You agree to these terms and conditions:

We try to keep the best freight rates as possible for our customers across the country. As soon as you place an order and confirmation of funds is received, an order is placed with the factory. This order is shipped direct Freight On Board (FOB) from the factory. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will incur a restocking fee as well as the cost for return shipping. You will also incur these fees for undeliverable or return shipments. This fee is charged to us by the factory, and therefore is passed on to the customers directly.

Also, Please note that when Lift Gate Service (lowering the shipment off of the truck to ground level) for oversized items (such as generators) is required, there is an additional charge, as noted in the store. This cost is above and beyond the standard freight cost.

When ordering, please choose the correct shipping selection, or your order may be delayed. You Must select a shipping option, or you will not receive your order, and the order may be delayed until we can contact you to collect shipping costs.

Tishhouse Electric uses PayPal for all credit card purchases. Our online store uses PayPal's secure online checkout to guarantee the security of your personal information. You may use PayPal without an account for all purchases under $2,000 USD, and if you have a registered PayPal account that has been verified by PayPal, you may make purchases up to $10,000 USD. For all orders over $10,000 USD, please Contact Us so that we can assist you.

If you do not wish to send your payment information over the Internet, you may call us at (269) 226-9110 to place an order over the phone, or arrange for another method of ordering.

2. Your Shipping Address
3. Your Credit Card Number (With credit card billing address)
4. Your three/four Digit Security Code (located on the signature panel, [front of card on AmEx])
5. The Credit Card's Expiration Date
6. Your Order Details. Please include the Item # and description, as well as quantity desired.
